Michelle Jennings, owner of MJ Designs, offers clients a unique combination of local experience and urban vision. As a fourth-generation resident of Saint Petersburg, she is naturally connected with interior design services throughout the Tampa Bay area. In 1998 she graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Architecture with a Bachelor’s of Design. Before launching MJ Designs, she acquired several years’ experience with ID firms in Saint Petersburg and Tampa. Further, Michelle is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).Her regional knowledge notwithstanding, Michelle’s artistic vision is largely inspired by “Big City” design, complimented by elements of nature. Specifically, she draws largely from New York, San Francisco, and Miami styles to create tasteful, urban designs. In addition, Michelle blends natural elements into every space, thereby providing a comfortable metropolitan feel. Of course, clients often seek individual designs that reflect their artistic tastes. Michelle will work with you to adapt her insights to your personal goals.
Cathy Corrigan has gone through an entire home renovation with MJ Designs and is now working with Michelle to make every design as cutting edge as possible. Because of the massive amounts of product available locally and through the internet, we are no longer limited to just the resources in our library.
